We provide the best services in digital printing & art works.

Digital Printing

Digital Printing

Digital printing is different from traditional offset lithography printing in that very little setup is required to get a project started. Your images and designs are applied directly to the paper or plastic substrate without the need of large presses or printing plates.Digital printing is a great choice for smaller projects with a need to keep costs low.The inks used in digital printing are formulated specifically for each type of fiber (cotton, silk, polyester, nylon, etc). During the printing process, the fabric is fed through the printer using rollers and ink is applied to the surface in the form of thousands of tiny droplets.

Offset Printing

Offset Printing

Offset printing, also called offset lithography, is a method of mass-production printing in which the images on metal plates are transferred (offset) to rubber blankets or rollers and then to the print media. The print media, usually paper, does not come into direct contact with the metal plates. This prolongs the life of the plates. In addition, the flexible rubber conforms readily to the print media surface, allowing the process to be used effectively on rough-surfaced media such as canvas, cloth or wood.

Heat Press

Heat Press

Take your professional sublimation business up a notch by creating 3D products with our new vacuum heat press! This revolutionary solution helps to fully sublimate curved products using an air-forced vacuum and thin silicon pad. Our vacuum press allows you to create phone cases, tiles, and more with all-over sublimation (additional inserts or jigs may be necessary). Perfect for curved products that don’t work easily in flat heat presses, like flasks and shot glasses! With an oven-like heating system, your products will have even heating and pressure without worries that the product may break or bend!

Laser Cutting & Carving

Laser Cutting & Carving

Almost any type of material can be used for laser-cutting. Materials which can be machined include: metals: stainless steel, hardened steel, copper, aluminium, brass, tungsten, titanium ceramics: alumina, zirconia, machinable ceramics, green ceramics,PZT, silicon nitride, tungsten carbide super hard materials: diamond, silicon nitride, tungsten carbide plastics: polyimide, PTFE, PMMA, Kapton, Vespel, Cirlex, ABS glasses and crystaline materials: BK7, sapphire, fused silica

CNC Cutting & Carving

CNC Cutting & Carving

The term “CNC” is a generic term which can be used to describe many types of device, this would include plotters, vinyl cutters, 3D printers, milling machines and others. CNC stands for Computer Numerically Controlled and basically means that the physical movements of the machine are controlled by instructions, such as co-ordinate positions that are generated using a computer. The term “CNC Machine” is typically used to refer to a device which uses a rotating cutting tool which moves in 3 or more axes (X, Y and Z) to cut-out or carve parts in different types of materials. The information on these pages will focus on what are typically referred to as “CNC Routers” although it would be applicable to most CNC milling and engraving machines too.

Plaque Creation

Plaque Creation

Often we will get a request from a client to create a plaque that is truly unique. That is the case for the plaques shown above. The wood slab of Douglas Fir shown on the upper left represented a material the company is famous for, and was approximately 2 feet round. The copy was lasered directly in to the wood, creating a memorable and stunning finished product that was an honor to give & receive. The other plaques shown were particularly chosen in shape and grain to match the purpose of the presentation and each individual recipient.
